As guests, you will have full access to the entire property and we invite you to feel at home. Enjoy the six cozy bedrooms, laundry facilities, full kitchen, beautiful living room, fireplace, outdoor seating, and easy access to local attractions.

Throughout your stay, you’ll have free access to three large and accessible parking spaces on the driveway, which can easily accommodate trucks and trailers.

House Rules

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreements and covenants herein contained, Guest has read and agreed to the following:

I understand the rules and rental conditions upon which I am agreeing to rent accommodations, equipment, and use of the rental property. I acknowledge and accept that the sole responsibility for safety lies with the participant. In agreeing to this, I acknowledge that outdoor activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometimes result in injury and even death. Steps and decks can be slippery, animals and insects can threaten and infect or injure, exposure to the elements can cause hypothermia, sunburn, among other risks inherent in participating in camping, outdoor and water activities. I know that alcohol and/or drugs do not mix safely with any outdoor activity.

I am over the age of 28 and assume responsibility for those in my charge under the age of 18. I hereby assume all legal responsibility for bodily injury to me or to any person on the property as a result of my visit and use, operation or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me. Acknowledging this, I accept complete responsibility for the minor children and myself in my charge and visit the property and equipment and engage in activities or events at my own risk.

I will abide by the rules and accept these rental conditions:

· The property I rent will be returned in the same condition in which it was rented and I will be responsible for all damage and/or loss that occurs during my rental period.

· Wherever possible I agree to take photographic or video record of the Rental Property at the start and the end of the Reservation.

· I agree to take steps to ensure the security of the Property.

· I agree to act as soon as I become aware of Property Damage or problem to minimize its effect and prevent it becoming worse or causing nuisance to the occupier of any neighboring premises.

· I agree to not store any gasoline, fuel oil, toxic agents, or other potentially hazardous substances on the Rental Property. No auto repairs shall take place on the Rental Property.

· I agree to not drive or park on the grass or landscaping, or block any neighbor’s driveways.

· I agree to not use any method of heating the Rental Property other than supplied by Owner and/or Property Manager.

· I agree to at all times control music, loud talking, and noise so as not to interfere with the reasonable rights of the surrounding neighbors.

· I agree to not perform any act or carry on any practice that may injure the Rental Property or be a nuisance or menace to any neighbor.

· I agree to not use or permit guests to use or possess controlled substances on the Rental Property, such as marijuana, cocaine, and like substances. .

· Fireworks: 4th OF JULY ONLY. Owner and/or Property Manager is NOT responsible for firework accidents or injury of any kind. Any fireworks that are illegal in the state of Michigan are not allowed.

· I agree to not make any changes in the Rental Property without prior receipt of agreement from the Owner and/or Property Manager in writing.

· The Owner and/or Property Manager have the right to refuse access to the rental property or request the Guest to vacate the property if they believe that the Guest or any members of the Guest’s party are engaging in illegal behavior or if damage is likely to be, has been, or is being caused due to the Guest’s behavior or behavior of anyone the Guest has invited to the property. In this case, the Guest will not be entitled to a refund of any payments made and the Owner and/or Property Manager will not be responsible for finding alternative accommodations.

· By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, as acknowledged by signature below, the Guest waives, discharges and agrees to hold harmless Owner and/or Property Manager from all damages or injuries arising from or related to the Guest stay at The Rental Property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to the Guest, Guest’s visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The Guest is responsible for keeping valuables safe at all times.
